CEDA's new Information Paper on Soil Investigation

This new paper focusses on the common issues and points of contention due to (unforeseen) soil conditions, that often arise between the different contracting and investing parties on a marine infrastructure project, and how these disputes could be avoided as much as possible. 

Kathleen De Wit, Business Development Manager of IMDC, was chair of the Focus Group on Soil Investigation (FGSI), part of CEDA's Dredging Management Commission (DMC) that managed to issue this paper based on valued inputs from a number of CEDA corporate members.
