2020 TELEMAC User Conference

IMDC is using TELEMAC for many years in many different applications. Examples include studies to improve the navigability of rivers in Senegal, Colombia and Myanmar, as well as studies on sediment transport and morphology in the Belgian coastal zone as well as the Scheldt estuary.  TELEMAC is also used in operational forecasting systems, for example to predict the bathing water quality in the Belgian Coastal Zone. 

During this studies IMDC has developed various extra functionalities to TELEMAC, some of which has become available in the official TELEMAC releases.

Therefore, we are proud to host the 2020 TELEMAC User Conference from October 15th to October 16th 2020. The conference is preceded by a one-day workshop on October 14th . The workshop and conference will take place at the Linder Hotel in the city center of Antwerp, Belgium. We hereby invite everybody to submit an abstract and paper for the conference . After the abstract has been accepted, authors will be invited to produce a full paper for oral presentation or a poster during the conference poster sessions. The conference articles will be published in the ISBN-referenced conference proceedings (available on a USB key) and are also included in registration. The deadline for abstract submission is July 3th 2020. The deadline for the submission for the full paper is on August 21st.
